Not sure how gambit works, well no worries heres an overview of how it all works. and no matter how you play just remember to have fun, be safe and be a good sport about it all:
Set the Stage.
Create your Gambit. Name it, pick a start date, and decide how long the chaos lasts. Choose your players and how many ridiculous challenges they’ll face.
Load the Arsenal.
Handpick up to 100 punishments (think: "let your friends message on your phone") and 100 rewards (like: "Select someone to do one thing of your choice"). These go into a randomizer, so every completed challenge spins the wheel of fate.
Prepare for chaos.
Assign challenges from our curated list of mischief; each with wild criteria, photo-proof rules, and a countdown clock. Want drama? Make challenges exclusive (only one player can win) or target rivals with custom punishments and rewards.
Play to Win, or Lose Spectacularly.
When the game begins, players race to complete challenges and submit photo proof. The host (AKA the Supreme Judge) approves or denies submissions, doling out rewards or humiliating punishments. Punishments must be endured ASAP. Rewards? Hoard them for maximum impact or cash in immediately. At the end of the day its just a game; no regrets, just live in the embarrassment together.
Let the friendly, or not-so friendly games begin.
Not sure what all of the icons mean yet? No problem heres a handy table that will outline what every challenge Icon means and what to look out for. These Icons work together to form a full image, therefor their meanings may change slightly depending on the other icons it is seen with; for example:
In the first scenario you will be aiming to meet the criteria by completing the challenge yourself within the timeframe to get a reward. Conversly in the second scenario you will want to catch someone meeting the critera before the time ends so that they will fail their goal of not meeting the challenge criteria.
Icon | Meaning |
---|---|
Key Icons | These Icons will always be visable for a challenge |
Punishment; this icon indicates that the challenge will result in a punishment for the attendee | |
Reward; this icon indicates that the attendee will recieve a reward for this challenge | |
Self; this icon means that you will need to do the challenge and submit evidence for yourself | |
Targeted; this icon means that you can only submit evidence of someone else completing the challenge | |
Meet the criteria; this icon basically implies that this is an optional challenge. The attendee will be fine if they don't complete this however the attendee will have to meet the challenges criteria in order to qualify for the reward or punishment. If they fail to meet the criteria by the time it ends nothing happens. | |
Don't meet the criteria; this icon indicates a compulsory challenge. It is used to show that if the attendee do not meet the challenges criteria by the end time they will recieve the reward or punishment. If they meet the criteria before the challenge ends they will avoid the punishment or lose their chance at a reward. | |
Unique Icons | These Icons will only show on specific challenges that meet the criteria below |
First To; this icon appears when a challenge can only have one successful submission, as such the first person whos submission is approved by the host will be the only one to recieve the reward or punishment | |
Unique challenge; this icon is seen when a challenge is only visable to a select group of users that you are a part of, as such there are less people that can complete the challenge and not everyone is aware of this challenge taking place | |
Team; this icon shows that the challenge is a team challenge and as such your submittions will count for either your team or a targeted team not just a single individual |
